Here's a list of natural foods which greatly enhance your bodies fat burning ability...

  • Green Tea - One of the key components found in green tea is Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). It's a potent antioxidant that reduces fat gain and enhances fat-burning. But the amount found in a typical cup of green tea is not enough to have much effect, therefore you would need to drink multiple cups of green tea a day to have any effect.


  • Green Coffee Bean -  Green coffee bean extract works via a process called thrmogenesis, helping to increase the heat produced in our cells, which burns energy, including fat. Green (raw) coffee beans also have a high level of the compound chlorogenic acid. Studies indicate that this may interfere with the absorption of carbohydrates in the digestive tract, leading to reduced insulin resistance and fat deposition.


  • Turmeric - A compund called Curcumin, found in turmeric, can reduce the formation of fat tissue by suppressing the blood vessels needed to form it. Curcumin may also have an effect on fat metabolism, which may contribute to lower body fat and body weight gain.


  • Cumin - Cumin is rich in phytosterols, plant chemicals known to inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in the body. Studiesd and research show the spice has weight-loss benefits and also speculate that cumin, like other hot spices, temporarily increases metabolic rate.


  • Cinnamon - Cinnamon increases the metabolism of glucose by mimicking behaviour of insulin. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to increased storage of fat by the body, cinnamon helps prevent this increased storage of fat and enables you to lose weight


  • Ginger - Ginger has a thermogenic effect on the body, which means it raises your internal temperature by enough to burn more calories and use more energy. It also aids digestion which contributes to the metabolic boost it gives.


  • Fenugreek - Fenugreek helps to balance blood glucose levels. Fenugreek seeds are thought to contain fibre and other chemicals that help to slow the body’s absorption of carbohydrates and sugars. I heard about ginger as a fat burner, but the reason I drink it is for a healthy reason. I never heard of coffee beans though, I was surprised that it is one of the fat burners. What about citrus fruit? They are a natural fat burners too right?

I agree that this article is true. I'm drinking Green tea and Ginger Tea. I've seen it on google that those are really helpful in getting rid of some fats. Aside from that, they are also good for our body to avoid illness.

I didn't know that turmeric is a natural fat burner. My mother makes her own turmeric tea before to control her blood sugar levels. It works perfectly, because she is in great condition now. I have tried turmeric tea but i didn't like the taste. I guess i have to search for a natural additive to make it more enticing for me.

I was in awe when I read this article. Now I know why Im not really that fat and my BMI is in normal. Many have said that I am blessed because I dont really have to focus on burning fats but focusing on getting cuts and definition to my muscles. Now I understand. I am very fond of ginger, turmeric, cumin, green tea. As a matter of fact I always drink green tea twice a day. Plus I really like spicy food.

Woow am so proud of myself. I have been using cinnamon just as a sweetener without knowing that it had such benefits. Come to think of it this is why lately my body has become so perfectly toned.

That is really true. I tried ginger tea and it was effective. I will try others like cinnamon and cumin for sure.

Wow! :o I did not know that we have many options for natural burners. I always just go for tea for natural burners. I also heard about ginger and turmeric but it is first time for me to heard that cinnamon is a natural fat burner. I will try this things may be there is something in there that would be great in my taste buds. Thanks for this article  ;D .

I've been using fresh Turmeric and Ginger Tea which is very easy to prepare.  I just cut up some fresh turmeric and ginger and boil it with a liter of water for 2 minutes to produce a very potent weight-loss cleansing tea.  It's full of anti oxidants that helps promotes health and shields it from diseases.

Green tea is fantastic and it's something I've grown to love - I drink it just about every day. I've also read a lot about the health benefits of turmeric, including the fact that it works well for inflammation and helping circulation. Turmeric tea took some getting used to for me, but I do think it's worth it for the health benefits.

Yeah many foods are really good for weight loss. No need to buy expensive supplements. Check your kitchen and you might find one of these options and start taking it.

I agree, tea taste like water after a while of drinking. It is easier to consume compare to others. Turmeric tea has a really strong odor for me. I tried drinking eat but I can not finish the whole cup. How long did you drink turmeric tea to get used to it?

Yeah I have heard also that turmeric powder is good for weight loss. I havent tried it yet but I have seen some videos and watched their testimonies about that thing. I tried cinnamon and very much like the taste. You should try it.

This is a good article. I learned some natural fat burners method. But, I only used turmeric and mixed it with coffee. It taste better. I'm not much of a tea drinker because it results to indigestion. I love the scent of cinnamon. I like it mixed in cakes and bread. This maybe helpful but it's always best to take time to exercise. Stay fit and be healthy.
