I believe Green was the best fat burner. I love green tea. Its perfect to add in a meal.

Here's a list of natural foods which greatly enhance your bodies fat burning ability...

  • Green Tea - One of the key components found in green tea is Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). It's a potent antioxidant that reduces fat gain and enhances fat-burning. But the amount found in a typical cup of green tea is not enough to have much effect, therefore you would need to drink multiple cups of green tea a day to have any effect.


  • Green Coffee Bean -  Green coffee bean extract works via a process called thrmogenesis, helping to increase the heat produced in our cells, which burns energy, including fat. Green (raw) coffee beans also have a high level of the compound chlorogenic acid. Studies indicate that this may interfere with the absorption of carbohydrates in the digestive tract, leading to reduced insulin resistance and fat deposition.

  • Ginger - Ginger has a thermogenic effect on the body, which means it raises your internal temperature by enough to burn more calories and use more energy. It also aids digestion which contributes to the metabolic boost it gives.


  • Fenugreek - Fenugreek helps to balance blood glucose levels. Fenugreek seeds are thought to contain fibre and other chemicals that help to slow the body’s absorption of carbohydrates and sugars. Thanks for sharing this article. I have heard of some of them like ginger and green tea. I have even tried to drink them and it has good effect on my body. I hope I could have a lot of supply of them so that I would be greatly benefitted from them.

My niece is fond of cinnamon rolls that she buys whenever she could. I was wondering why the sudden craving for cinnamon rolls. Now I know the reason why. She was trying to maintain her weight and snacking on cinnamon rolls maybe could be the key to her figure. She is a voracious eater but she's not gaining weight.

I think drinking water is good for fat burning. Just like water therapy. Calamansi also is best to drink.

Wonderful. I have used green tea before and I love it. It tastes very nice. I will try out chillies though they are bitter. I have heard about fenugreek but I have never used it. I like ginger.

To add on your points, cabbage also helps to lose weight. Even asparagus though I have never eaten asparagus before but I will try it soon. Thanks for sharing these points.
