I think all exercises are good for people who have high blood pressure. I particularly like breathing exercises. You just inhale and exhale. I think its good for blood circulation when we do this exercises everyday.

I think the ideal exercise for a person who suffer or has a highblood is yoga or zumba, it is a good way to relax and its not that very tiring exercise.

I have high blood pressure but it is all right to do an exercise that is not tedious. It's not exactly a light exercise but it can be a little harder. An example is the push up that 50 push ups can be for normal people and for me 20 would be enough.

I know the doctors also recommend certain degrees of exercise for people with high blood pressure.  It just has to be done in moderation.

I think its best to do swimming for a safer exercise. You can do swimming in fun and relaxing way. It has a peaceful and calming effect. It can also toned muscles and its an effective way of losing weight. Walking or hiking is also another way of exercising without a hassle. Just remember to take water and avoid too much heat. Don't do strenuous activity. Don't forget to take medicine and visit your doctor for medical advise.

this is a cool topic.. I have heard that yoga really is a good exercise. but I guess hiking is quite dangerous for high blood pressure, specially if you are hiking in a really hot day, it might burn out yourself and might end up with high blood pressure.. but hiking is a good exercise, it is light workout and doesn't need too much effort but still effective.
I believe also the swimming would be the best workout while also having fun and much enjoyable.
