I used to run for short distance only and it is more of jogging than running. When I shifted to biking it was more comfortable for me. I get the exercise and I enjoy the sights in our village. Unfortunately a swelling on my right calf appeared and the doctor said that it was due to abuse of my legs. I have stopped using my legs for exercise and I have downgraded to the dumbbells for the weight.

I preferred running. I usually do running or jogging every morning and it is really good to do.

when I do my workout routine I always included running to help me warm up before I start lifting weighs.
I always do cardio before building muscle because I have low stamina to lift weighs.
