For me it's at night, because I work or sleep prior to it.

Morning is the best time to do exercise. But if you're not a morning person, then afternoon or evening is the best that you can do your workout.

I think the best time to do exercise is in the morning, for you to wake your body system. For you to be more energetic for all your task that day.

I think the best time to do exercises is in the morning. After you wake up, its good to do some exercises to have a good conditioned body. It will make you feel lighter and alert. It will also prepare your whole being from the stresses of the whole day might bring.

In my opinion it's the convenient and availability decision. I do my workout in the morning because it fits my lifestyle, time and mood. I think the time of the day doesn't matter because in my opinion it's the workout process that counts.

I agree with you. Morning works best for me too

The best time for me to do an exercise is in the morning. For you to be more energetic to start your day. Just like jogging it is good to do first thing in the morning.

I guess morning really is the best time for exercise.. early morning exercise keeps you awake early and good flow of circulation for body. al though I don't prefer to refrain yourself to do excessive exercise or workout in the morning specially if you have work to do.. you might end up enduring those body pain for the whole day, unlike exercise or work out in the evening in which you can fully rest after each session.

Most of the answers here are in the morning which I used to do myself. However, there is an issue when your exercise is for a long time like jogging or biking that you may get hungry. With the exercise at home that even includes lifting weights, I guess it will not take 30 minutes so there is no issue there.
