Banana pancake

This is a simple pancake that has the banana for an added ingredient.

What you need is a box of pancake flour, a small can of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoon of sugar, crushed banana. Mix everything and dissolve in the milk. You can add some water to hasten the dissolving. Leave for 15 minutes before frying in the pan using little oil. Of course you will need the syrup when eating the pancake.

Banana is good for the heart. It is a good source of energy and rich in potassium. It has a great benefits for our body. Any dishes/desserts mixed with banana is delicious. I love the flavor. I also love the sweetness of banana. It would be nice to consumed it in daily basis for a nutritional benefits.
