Beef porridge for protein

The main ingredients are 1 kilo of glutinous,  1 kilo of beef shank, a piece of ginger, 3 onions, half clove of garlic,fish sauce.

Saute the crushed garlic, onion and ginger with the fish sauce (5 to 10 tablespoon) while the beef shank is being tenderized in the pressure cooker. When the fish sauce is evaporating, pour 2 cups of water and add the glutinous rice. Stir and add water if necessary until the glutinous rice is tender. Add the beef shank. That's it.

It must be delicious. I like the taste of the beef stew plus the glutinous rice. It's a complete meal. I like to eat it when it's hot. The dish gives me fullness. It will definitely gives enough energy and sustain the day activity. We need to nourish our body with the right nutrition and a good balance diet.
