Cassava snack for the muscles

This recipe was given to me by an aunt from the province. The ingredients are 1 kilo of cassava, condensed milk, sugar and young coconut (this is optional). Peel then grate the cassava. Press the grated cassava to remove the liquid before mixing with the milk and sugar. Stir for a minute and let it stay for 10 minutes before baking. If you have young coconut, you can mix it or make it the toppings. Bake for 1 hour in mild heat.

The cassava snack is good for hunger and can give you stamina for the workout.

Yes, that's a good snack. It might ruin the diet. The ingredients are full of fats and sugar. It's not good for healthy living. But I must admit that I can't resist on eating that cassava. Its yummy. ( Ha.Ha.Ha ) One must control in consuming it especially if were having some health problems.
