Corn meal cake for snack

This is a recipe used by some athletes I know who come from the southern part of the Philippines. They say that it is their secret for their stamina and strength.

The ingredients are 1 kilo of corn meal, 2 grated coconut, 3 cups of sugar, 1 can of condensed milk.

The grated coconut is pressed to get the milk. Soak the corn meal in the coconut milk for 30 minutes before adding the sugar and condensed milk. Stir and be sure that the concoction is mixed very well. Bake in 300 degrees for 1 hour. It is a snack food that goes well with fruit juice.
