I am not really sure if this is low calorie but our physician said that this original recipe is a healthy one. Marinade the chicken with ripe tomatoes. For a whole chicken maybe 4 pieces of red tomato will do. The chicken can be whole or in parts. After 30 minutes of marinating, place the chicken on a tray and inside the oven for 2 hours in medium heat. Turn it over every 30 minutes. You can add potatoes on the side so you can have a garnishing of baked potatoes. It is nice to serve with vegetable salad.
