A taste of rock climbing

Have you tried the rock climbing walls in some resorts? It is a shame that I was not able to go up the top and I surrendered after making 3 steps. At first I thought it was easy that I forgot my weight that I would be carrying in climbing. Anyway, I think rock climbing is one good exercise.

I have tried rock climbing In some mountain and also wall climbing, it is so much fun and also a really great great workout. it's a full body workout in short time.
although i would prefer that you should start on wall climbing first rather than start in a rock climbing because there are a lot of indoor wall climbing that has complete equipment.

I haven't tried rock climbing or wall climbing. I doubt myself if I can climb since I don't have a leg endurance. It requires strength both arms and legs.I can't carry or lift my body. ( Ha.Ha.Ha ) I'm only good in hiking. I wish to try it but I need to workout to sustain the climbing activity.
