Yup..it happens a lot ! I like to drive too and it really helps me relieving my stress and anxiety ..the way i do that is by listening to something nice while driving to no direction..especially in the evening..the fresh air and the silence relaxes my head and draw away all my stress and depression as well.
Driving on the other way keeps my mind, vision and attention pulled from all what may causes me stress,i forget about my problems,negative thoughts and overthinking in general,long way short driving is a great affordable way to de-stress and relax.
