Which Physical Sport is your favorite to play or watch? And why?

When it comes to watching a physical sport I have to choose boxing, because I love watching to guys beat each other off on the ring.

I would go with UFC because it's as physical as boxing if not more dangerous than boxing. In boxing there is nothing like kicking or applying a submission hold, it's just the use of fist to punch and knock out your opponent but when it comes to UFC, boxing, kicking and applying submission hold all goes.

For me basketball is my favorite sports to play. I like the way it play because it need team play strategy rather than a solo play. And for watching purposes, boxing is one good sports to watch.

I like basketball as my physical sports to watch. I like the fun and excitement. I'm always impressed with the three pointers shoot. The exhibition and action is amazing. I love the team work leadership. Slam dunk thrills me. Plus, I love listening at the sports caster/commentator very energetic and lively. My favorite basketball player of all time is Michael Jordan. I love the man.

Just like most Filipinos love to watch, basketball. Since I am a varsity in a basketball team, I need to watch basketball videos to learn some moves from them and be inspired at the same time. Plus, I aspire to be like the best 3-point shooter, Stephen Curry. He is so good at quickly releasing his shoot and I want to adopt that kind of shooting style.

I used to enjoy basketball when the people at home were fans. But when we moved to the suburbs, we seldom watch basketball and the man of house shifted to boxing and mixed martial arts. To be honest, I don't enjoy boxing much more mixed martial arts for they only show the brutality of man. Fighters are like gladiators whose investment is strength and their health. I wonder what happens to fighters when they retire.

recently I enjoyed watching sumo wrestling, before when I think of sumo wrestling it's just a bunch of big white fat Japanese who tries to push one or another outside of the ring, I didn't really understand their ritual and I thought that the game was so much simple and most likely that big guys wins because they are so much big that his opponents will have a hard time taking him out, but recently. I have learn that it is not about just pushing your opponent but also outsmarting them, making them fall is also a way to defeat them, that even small person can out win a big guy in this game. it is quite interesting and fun to watch.

My husband loves sumo that he watches in the NHK channel on cable. He said that sumo wrestling is an art which is not really brutal but involves strength and style of movement. Once a wrestler's body hits the ground then that's the end of the bout.
