That is one of the reasons of the people who are lazy to go to the gym. They have time to binge watch their favorite shows but when it comes to healthy activities like exercising or involving themselves in sports or any fun physical activities like hiking they could not find time. Perhaps, it is not their priority to have a healthy body.

That is also my reason that I have no time for the workout. But in fairness to me, my working hours have been moved to an earlier time that I have to leave home by 4:30 am which leaves me no time for a good workout. Sometimes I am able to do the warm up although most of the time I am in a hurry to dress up and leave for the office just so to avoid the horrendous traffic on the main road. Maybe I can do the workout when my working hours would be back to the normal 8 to 5 schedule.

I agree. We are constantly moving so I think we could always find ways to incorporate our training and exercise with our everyday routine.

I always think the same before.. that almost all the time, we feel that we don't have time to do something, like to train.. but if we reflect on the things that we have done that day, you will find yourself that you haven't done enough and that you still have time.
there will always be a time, but your eagerness to make time really matters for you to be able to train.

I always think the same before.. that almost all the time, we feel that we don't have time to do something, like to train.. but if we reflect on the things that we have done that day, you will find yourself that you haven't done enough and that you still have time.
there will always be a time, but your eagerness to make time really matters for you to be able to train.

I guess it depends on your status in life. For single people I'm sure they can find the time for doing not only the workout but for things that they like to do. For older people who have a family to take care of there really isn't much time to spare for yourself and that is the reality of life in this senior age.
