Doing sit ups

For those with injuries like me, the sit up is one good way of trimming the waistline. I have a fractured right arm that is coupled with a swollen muscle on my right calf. When I had no injury I would do sit ups and push ups that I think I do not need to life weights. But when my injury came I learned how to use the dumbbell. But I guess sit ups is still okay for me.

Yes sit ups is still okay, it is easy to do and more relaxing.

Yes, sit ups is an effective way to lose belly fats. It can be done anytime and anywhere in your convenience. its also nice to do boxing to lose fats around the waistline. Its a good cardiovascular exercises and it will give strength. I like to exercise without using any equipment.

Sit ups for me is a good warm up to start when you do a heavy work out. It will condition your body and make your body awake.

I see some people doing the sit ups as the warm up before indulging in the heavy workout. But for me the sit up is already my main workout since I couldn't do lifting with my previously injured arm. It was fractured a long time ago and had healed already but I am still not comfortable in using it for heavy workout.

Doing sit up is a perfect way to lose belly. Have tried it everyday and I think it worth it.
