Title: Have you done pull up from a bar?

Sorry if I couldn't fully express what I want to say because I don't know what that bar is called which is similar to the hanging bar used by gymnasts. Hanging on a bar and pulling up yourself is also a good exercise. Aside from the strength that you gain you also stretch your spinal cord which is good for the posture.
