Proper workout attire
« on: June 07, 2019, 02:24:35 AM »
Whether in the gym at home or even in the street, the proper attire for the workout (or exercise) should be worn not only for convenience but also for the motivation. One neighbor goes to the zumba session (an aerobic dance) to show off her new leotard or shorts. She buys new attire every week and everyone knows that the new attire is her motivation. Not bad eh? But for me, I would rather be going deep into the workout and not mind the attire.

I agree with you that its not about the new attire that matters but it is the perseverance and discipline that we put to achieve our desire. We want to look good physically and mentally. To be free from illness. I find it more important to have a healthy lifestyle and enjoy life to the fullest.

I think as long as you are comfortable with what you wear it doesn't matter. The most important is the descipline in yourself.

Truly it is the comfort of the body that is paramount in the attire. Maybe that is the reason why some guys are topless not to show their abs and muscles but to be more comfortable in the workout. But how about the women who are engaged to heavy workouts, what to wear?
