Push up for the triceps

This is for men who want to have good triceps. Do 50 push ups every day and it will not only develop your triceps but also give you the stamina that you will need for the day. I couldn't do the push ups anymore since I have a metal brace on my right arm when it was fractured a long time ago. Anyway, it is suggested that you use a dumbbell to match the development of the biceps that will give you a well-rounded arm muscles.

I used to be able to do 40 pushups but since I stopped working out in awhile doing that now is quite difficult. I hope I can get there again. Thanks for sharing

Done with the 50 push-ups for today. I had to take breaks though, cause it's been a while. I'll try better tomorrow.

I only try push up during my highschool days and I enjoy doing that, but now with my age I think o cant do it anymore.

I don't think age will be an obstacle in exercise  when you are healthy. My husband is 64 years old but he does 35 to 40 push ups every morning. The push ups give him the stamina that he needs for the daily grind.
