Herbal Teas - Ginger and Turmeric

I love drinking herbal teas it helps maintain my weight.  I usually drink 2 cups after meals and it helps me get a good digestion. 

Ginger and Turmeric Tea is a great combination tea which helps boost the respiratory and digestive system.  It's also a good cleansing and weight-loss tea.  I make it fresh by chopping some ginger and turmeric and boiling it for 2 minutes adding in some honey and drinking it hot or as an iced tea with some natural honey and some lemon juice.

Yes, teas are more healthier compare to other drinks. It truly a great help for weight loss. I like my tea with a combination of honey and lemon. I know about turmeric but I still didn't know how it taste like. I'm not a fan of ginger.

I haven't drink any of these kinds of tea, I do drink a lot of water with lemon and green tea to help with my digestion.

Yes, I understand that herbal tea is good for the body. It has benefits that our body needs. But with me, I love my turmeric mixed with coffee. It taste better. I can take ginger with lemon and honey in hot water. I love sipping it. These are few herbs that keeps the body healthy in a cheaper price.
