I think it is fine to try it if it suits your schedule the most. Even celebrities and models are into that diet to maintain their body image. It is worth a try and the feeling of being finally able to eat what your want after hours of waiting makes you feel that everything you do for you to attain your dream body is worth it.

I don't adapt any diet methods but I believe in moderation. Having a healthy lifestyle includes good food and proper exercises. Food nourish us physically and mentally. It gives us energy to sustain our daily activity. However, I understand that some people love or seek ways to improve their health structure but always remember to take safety method.

Fasting is good according to the physician in our family because it is one way of cleansing the body of toxins and unwanted fats. However not all can do fasting for it can cause issues with the stomach. Gastritis is the most common ailment when you miss meals. The stomach is like complaining about hunger.
