Fat burning tonic

For those of you want a quick metabolism boost to help shed those pounds or lean up, here's a morning drink to have first thing upon waking up. It definitely isn't tasty but it sure will help you acheive your weight loss goals!

Ingredients:
  • 2 table spoons - Apple cider vinegar (Preferably a reputable brand like Braggs)
  • 1 teaspoon - Organic black seed oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon - Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Mix the above ingredients in 500ml water and drink first thing in the morning. Not only does this potion give your metabolism a huge kiskstart, there are numerous other health benefits!

It seems to be an easy recipe but I don't know if I can find all the ingredients here in my country, for example, cayenne pepper is very rare here.
