Title: One meal a day

There was a forum that I joined which advocates One Meal A Day diet. They say it is very effective in losing weight that after a week you can shed off up to 7 pounds. But the main problem is the habit of the stomach that it is not easy to let it go hungry for many hours. One friend said that it gave her gastritis due to the hunger in midday.

One meal a day can effectively lose weight. But is it really worthy? It feels like were also abusing our body just for an idea that we want to look good. Its like depriving ourselves to be nourish with good food. Eating the right food in each meal will keep our body healthy and free from illness. I think mostly of us doesn't have enough patience especially in performing exercise. We want quick and easy way.

I don't think that's anywhere near healthy, one meal a day diet would only make you metabolism slower and you might notice even a weight gain, it does not worth the effor,t i'd rather follow a balanced diet where i eat healthy food devided on more than 3 meals a day, small healthy portions along with sticking to an exercise plan would make losing  wight amuch more effective, not to mention that it's healthier and easier to adapt.
An other point is; with a one meal diet plan you  would notice that you have no enough energy to go through everyday's activities and you might even bounce back to your old eating habits fast because you won't be able to maintain the new plan ! wish you all the best in your journey !
