Get leaner, stronger, and build better habits for life.

For the last 3 years I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals. Check out my clients results and testimonials. Iíve also been putting out fitness content educating people for several years. You can check out my blog or my Instagram page (where Iím most active).

Iíve been training for 10 years and I read exercise and nutrition research on a daily basis. Itís the reason I have over 150,000 followers and have been featured on popular fitness publications like Menís Fitness.

Now thatís all out of the way, what is online coaching?

Online coaching is a way for me to offer my clients exactly what they need, wherever they are in the world, usually at a more cost effective price than in-person training. It involves communication over Skype, email or instant messaging.

Having an experienced coach can help remove the guesswork from your journey and save you a load of time and money. I personally wish I was coached by someone in my early years, I could have reached my goals much quicker.

What you getÖ

Ė Tailored workout routines (designed to challenge you, for any level)
Ė Nutrition guidance (Iíve helped vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and omnivores)
Ė We speak weekly (Iím in your corner to help you along the way)
Ė Amazing results (first and foremost youíre paying for results)
Ė Education (the knowledge to staying in shape long term)
Ė Technique guidance on lifts (through video analysis)

Women's Forum / Re: Training and exercise to form muscles?
« on: November 20, 2019, 04:32:42 PM »
I just started running last month and I'm planning to develop muscles in my arms. What exercise and training can you recommend for women to develop muscles in arms? (Exercise and training aside from lifting weights)

I have small muscles on my arms and I am scared they will be bigger if I decide to go the gym. I do not want to look masculine. I used to do pushups 5 years ago. I encourage you to do more house chores and lift up things if the gym is not for you. You can eat more proteins too. Proteins help in muscles growth. Eat more vegetables and fruits too.

I encourage you not to exercise if you have not eaten. When you do so you will grow thinner instead of growing muscles.

What do you mean "you will grow thinner" ... it's a big myth that training in a fasted state will help you get thin or lose more fat.

Normally 10mins on treadmill or cross trainer is suffice for warm up, just to get the heart rate up and muscles warmed up.

Women's Forum / Re: Be aware of pulled muscle
« on: May 31, 2019, 01:22:23 PM »
I have a high school chum who is now manager of a gym in the mall. When she learned of the bulge on my right calf, she said that I should stop lifting weights and also quit on biking. The bulge may be caused by pulled muscle that has been abused so the swollen muscle did not vanish anymore. This is to warn the reader not to abuse your body when doing physical activities. Fortunately the bulge on my calf is not painful although I apply warm compress at night to make it smaller on the next morning.

Hi, just confused as you mentioned in another post you do no physical activity whatsoever and now here you mention you do biking/weights...  ::)

Nevertheless the advice I can give is, always remember to warm up before training and stretch afterwards - it helps with injury prevention.

Fighters' Forum / Re: Is boxing effective in losing weight?

You could try something called "Boxercise" ... It's HIIT based on boxing moves, a lot of people find it enjoyable as well as a great way to keep fit and lose weight.

Who do you think will win this years CL final? C'mon you reds!  8)

It seems to be an easy recipe but I don't know if I can find all the ingredients here in my country, for example, cayenne pepper is very rare here.

Where do you live?

Supplements / Duck feathers, human hair or pig hair used for Amino Acids
« on: August 29, 2018, 05:59:46 PM »
Fancy eating some human hair, pig hair or bird feathers??? Well that's what you are consuming when taking most BCAA products.  :o

Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) or Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are a important supplement for athletes and bodybuilders. It a pure form of essential muscle recovery and muscle repair nutrients which your body can readily use. But few people know it's true source of how they are produced. Most manufacturers admit their BCAAs are produced from human hair, pigs hair or duck feathers - which is gross!

One product which I can recommend which is a clean source of BCAA made from sunflower lecithin is by a company called Kaged Muscle - https://www.kagedmuscle.com/products/bcaa-2-1-1

Always know what you eat and it's source!  ;)
