I just started running last month and I'm planning to develop muscles in my arms. What exercise and training can you recommend for women to develop muscles in arms? (Exercise and training aside from lifting weights)

Supplements / Re: What's Your Take on Energy Drinks?
« on: August 30, 2018, 02:57:51 AM »
I think drinking too much energy drink may have bad effect on your health. I also believed that it contains too much sugar so drinking it while trying to lose weight is not good. Drinking water is better than taking this energy drink. Water cleanse our body unlike energy drinks.

I think when people learned you are playing fencing is that you are from the rich family. In the television fencing is shown as a sport for the rich people. You are blessed that your government offer free classes like that. I think fencing is a very complicate sports just by watching in the television.

Beginners Corner / Re: What time is the best to exercise?
« on: August 27, 2018, 06:03:35 PM »
Well, time schedule is the deciding factor when it comes to choosing the best time to someone to workout or exercise. But normally, it's supposed to be in the morning time in order put the body in a good shape to carry on the days activities. Personally, I use to workout in the evening, but recently I have switched to working out in the morning.
I totally agree with you that the schedule is the deciding factor. Having work in the morning makes you to exercise at the afternoon and having work late afternoon can make you to workout at the morning. Still, the important thing is your still exercising everyday.

Beginners Corner / Re: Working out at gym or at home
« on: August 27, 2018, 05:49:53 PM »
Personally, I prefer to perform my work out at home because I'm more comfortable to it. It also save my time and money because I do not need to pay any fee or to travel to go to the gym. Gyms are also good place to workout because they have a complete equipment for exercise. They also have a professional in the field to assist you. It really depends on the taste, money, time, and body of the person where he or she wants to work out.

I also think running has a greater effect on our body. Running can make our heart beat fast easily. It is easier to burn calories in running. I believed weight lifting is a form of exercise that improve our muscles.

Green tea is fantastic and it's something I've grown to love - I drink it just about every day. I've also read a lot about the health benefits of turmeric, including the fact that it works well for inflammation and helping circulation. Turmeric tea took some getting used to for me, but I do think it's worth it for the health benefits.
I agree, tea taste like water after a while of drinking. It is easier to consume compare to others. Turmeric tea has a really strong odor for me. I tried drinking eat but I can not finish the whole cup. How long did you drink turmeric tea to get used to it?

Fighters' Forum / Re: Arnis - Filipino Martial Arts
« on: August 26, 2018, 08:15:29 AM »
I'm a Filipino so arnis is not new to me. In my high school years it was thought in the first or second year unfortunately our section was not selected for this subject but my sister has an arnis class in high school. She showed me some basic moves and It is easy to follow. The basic moves are easy but the moves that are more advanced that I saw once in a television is so complicated. I hoped that every youth in our country had an opportunity to learn this sport.
