I have lost a lot of weight by performing yoga so my personality has changed and this is why I feel really motivated to perform the workouts on every day basis. In fact my designer clothing is also one of the inspirations for me to get up and perform. Recently I got designer printed sports bra and mesh leggings that are way too cute.

It is a known fact that exercise gives us the benefits of wellness. In physical and mental aspect. It gives us energy and good body condition. We can enjoy physical activities as much as we want. It prevent us from getting sick. It boost our self-confidence because we always look good. So, we feel good. The feeling of being good gives us satisfaction and good outlook in life. So, what inspires you to do exercise?

I find DIY video interesting and useful. It gives me opportunity to make projects in a simple and convenient way. I learned a lot from Do it yourself video. I love the contribution of creativity from recycled materials. I love it.

Yes, I understand that herbal tea is good for the body. It has benefits that our body needs. But with me, I love my turmeric mixed with coffee. It taste better. I can take ginger with lemon and honey in hot water. I love sipping it. These are few herbs that keeps the body healthy in a cheaper price.

This is a good article. I learned some natural fat burners method. But, I only used turmeric and mixed it with coffee. It taste better. I'm not much of a tea drinker because it results to indigestion. I love the scent of cinnamon. I like it mixed in cakes and bread. This maybe helpful but it's always best to take time to exercise. Stay fit and be healthy.

I like basketball as my physical sports to watch. I like the fun and excitement. I'm always impressed with the three pointers shoot. The exhibition and action is amazing. I love the team work leadership. Slam dunk thrills me. Plus, I love listening at the sports caster/commentator very energetic and lively. My favorite basketball player of all time is Michael Jordan. I love the man.
I think it would best to do swimming. It's a good exercise. It will strengthen your leg muscles without injury. It's a good cardio vascular exercise. You can easily burn fat/calories and tone your muscles. I find water a good relaxation avenue. It keeps my mind peaceful.
