Hi everyone I weigh 186 lbs and I am following kris gethin 12 week transformation and I am at the end of week two. I lift heavy weight with reps ranging from 8 - 12 and 30-40 min cardio 5 days a week. I was thinking of doing 2 week clen and 2 week of ripped freak to lose some fat quickly. I bought some juice on https://steroids-evolution.com. Some one even recommended doing a test/winstrol cycle. My primary goal is to lose fat and put on lean muscle if possible.

Its an easy and delicious dish. I love to eat it with hot rice. I sometimes eat it in raw and its bitter. ( Ha.Ha.Ha ) Aside from the fact that it is good for diabetic patient because it can help maintain blood sugar. It also has many nutritional values that contributes good health. It also help aid in losing weight. I have tried juicing it paired with pineapple, apple, banana, melon and papaya. It maybe bitter but its delicious.

I don't adapt any diet methods but I believe in moderation. Having a healthy lifestyle includes good food and proper exercises. Food nourish us physically and mentally. It gives us energy to sustain our daily activity. However, I understand that some people love or seek ways to improve their health structure but always remember to take safety method.

Im also a newbie in this kind of activity and it's really hard to do. I want to be fit and healthy not just for my self it's also for everybody to see that being healthy is a good example of a deciplinary person.

Banana is good for the heart. It is a good source of energy and rich in potassium. It has a great benefits for our body. Any dishes/desserts mixed with banana is delicious. I love the flavor. I also love the sweetness of banana. It would be nice to consumed it in daily basis for a nutritional benefits.

I don't use any application for exercises. I take a walk on daily basis and looking at the scene/view is a great motivation to keep going on my activity. I feel relax without being intimated with the idea of losing weight. I have more patience and determination to fulfill every desires.

It would be of great help for a person to document his workout. It is a good motivation and inspiration to others. It will be a reminder to take care of ourselves and be healthy in every aspect. Its a good encouragement to find time to do exercise on daily basis.
