Get leaner, stronger, and build better habits for life.

For the last 3 years I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals. Check out my clients results and testimonials. Iíve also been putting out fitness content educating people for several years. You can check out my blog or my Instagram page (where Iím most active).

Iíve been training for 10 years and I read exercise and nutrition research on a daily basis. Itís the reason I have over 150,000 followers and have been featured on popular fitness publications like Menís Fitness.

Now thatís all out of the way, what is online coaching?

Online coaching is a way for me to offer my clients exactly what they need, wherever they are in the world, usually at a more cost effective price than in-person training. It involves communication over Skype, email or instant messaging.

Having an experienced coach can help remove the guesswork from your journey and save you a load of time and money. I personally wish I was coached by someone in my early years, I could have reached my goals much quicker.

What you getÖ

Ė Tailored workout routines (designed to challenge you, for any level)
Ė Nutrition guidance (Iíve helped vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and omnivores)
Ė We speak weekly (Iím in your corner to help you along the way)
Ė Amazing results (first and foremost youíre paying for results)
Ė Education (the knowledge to staying in shape long term)
Ė Technique guidance on lifts (through video analysis)

Women's Forum / Re: Training and exercise to form muscles?
« Last post by flexsingh on November 20, 2019, 04:32:42 PM »
I just started running last month and I'm planning to develop muscles in my arms. What exercise and training can you recommend for women to develop muscles in arms? (Exercise and training aside from lifting weights)

I have small muscles on my arms and I am scared they will be bigger if I decide to go the gym. I do not want to look masculine. I used to do pushups 5 years ago. I encourage you to do more house chores and lift up things if the gym is not for you. You can eat more proteins too. Proteins help in muscles growth. Eat more vegetables and fruits too.

I encourage you not to exercise if you have not eaten. When you do so you will grow thinner instead of growing muscles.

What do you mean "you will grow thinner" ... it's a big myth that training in a fasted state will help you get thin or lose more fat.

General Topics / Re: Driving alone to relieve stress
« Last post by houd on September 24, 2019, 03:09:30 PM »
Yup..it happens a lot ! I like to drive too and it really helps me relieving my stress and anxiety ..the way i do that is by listening to something nice while driving to no direction..especially in the evening..the fresh air and the silence relaxes my head and draw away all my stress and depression as well.
Driving on the other way keeps my mind, vision and attention pulled from all what may causes me stress,i forget about my problems, negative thoughts and overthinking in general, long way short driving is a great affordable way to de-stress and relax.
Nutrition & Dieting / Re: One meal a day
« Last post by houd on September 21, 2019, 12:25:15 PM »
I don't think that's anywhere near healthy, one meal a day diet would only make you metabolism slower and you might notice even a weight gain, it does not worth the effor,t i'd rather follow a balanced diet where i eat healthy food devided on more than 3 meals a day, small healthy portions along with sticking to an exercise plan would make losing  wight amuch more effective, not to mention that it's healthier and easier to adapt.
An other point is; with a one meal diet plan you  would notice that you have no enough energy to go through everyday's activities and you might even bounce back to your old eating habits fast because you won't be able to maintain the new plan ! wish you all the best in your journey !
General Topics / Re: Which do you prefer for a vacation - beach or swimming pool?
« Last post by houd on September 21, 2019, 11:56:39 AM »
I'd rather visit the beach for vacations, it's much more enjoyable and unique since nothing can beat the beauty of nature !. The swimming pool is a good choice as well but i can visit it to practice my hobby of swimming anytime of the year unlike the beach which i think it's perfect for vacations, even though i don't like crowded places so i try my best to find a calm peaceful beach where i can enjoy my time in nature and get rid of stress and anxiety.
General Topics / Re: Do you watch Anime?
« Last post by houd on September 20, 2019, 12:53:42 PM »
Yes i watch anime and i've always liked it since i was really young, i started watching anime on television when i was still a child, dubbed old anime then when i started getting older and using the internet i started searching for anime and i must say that i was  really astonished by the japenese language since i was used to watch anime translated to my own language.
Some of my favorite anime shows include Naruto, Bleach, kuroko no basket, Death note, detective conan,One piece and there is of course a bunch of seasonal anime shows but my favorite right now is shingeki no kyojin or as it's know "attack on titan" they made 3 season and i'm looking forward to the fourth one that's going to be the last.
General Topics / Re: How do you cope with life if your income is not sufficient?
« Last post by houd on September 20, 2019, 12:34:21 PM »
Same here ! Im facing this problem right now  since i live in a country where finding a job is very rare, i try to work in some part-time jobs and i even work in more than one job sometimes but i still face problems related to my "kind of low" income most of the time.
My father is very supportive as well, he belong to the category of people who believe that theyare always responsable when it comes to their sons or daughters , so even if they grow old helping and supporting them is part of their duties as parents,i really appreciate this and i hope that i can find a job with a good income  as soon as possible so that i can stop feeling as a burden to my family.

Music genres i do prefrer includes oriental music, Classical music, japanese traditional music  as well as  the western modern one.
