Duck feathers, human hair or pig hair used for Amino Acids

Fancy eating some human hair, pig hair or bird feathers??? Well that's what you are consuming when taking most BCAA products.  :o

Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) or Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are a important supplement for athletes and bodybuilders. It a pure form of essential muscle recovery and muscle repair nutrients which your body can readily use. But few people know it's true source of how they are produced. Most manufacturers admit their BCAAs are produced from human hair, pigs hair or duck feathers - which is gross!

One product which I can recommend which is a clean source of BCAA made from sunflower lecithin is by a company called Kaged Muscle - https://www.kagedmuscle.com/products/bcaa-2-1-1

Always know what you eat and it's source!  ;)

Oh! this article is so shocking. It is my first time hearing about this. We really should do a research in the supplement that we are taking. I may not be able to forget this information for a long time.
