Apps for health

Are you using apps for health purposes like the counter for walking or the vital signs monitor? I have a friend who has an app for the music that he would play as a guide for the exercise. One song is for the warm up, another is for the lifting of weights, etc. I think that is fun although I really do not relish music when I am doing my workout. A simple quiet place is all I need to be alone with my thoughts while shedding sweat.

Sometimes, when I need to do a particular exercise within one minute such as planking or burpee. I used my timer application to tell me when to stop doing the activity.

I don't use any application for exercises. I take a walk on daily basis and looking at the scene/view is a great motivation to keep going on my activity. I feel relax without being intimated with the idea of losing weight. I have more patience and determination to fulfill every desires.
