Exercise and health Tips For Woman

Hi guys, in my 23 years of existence I just decide to start living a healthy life. I know it's not easy especially for starters right me and there will always be a process. Can you give me a tip on how to start living healthy? Can you share your experience as well on how you start?

The most important thing in living a healthy life I guess is choosing the right food you eat. Eat just enough nutritious foods. Have self-discipline and be consistent in what you've start. Also, do regular exercises.

 My first tip is to drink more water and avoid carbonated drinks through this your sugar intake will cut down. Second tip eat more vegetable and fruit if you are craving for something sweet just eat fruits instead of candy or chocolates. Third tip drink 1 teaspoon of apple cider 30 minutes before meal it will help to not crave for food. Fourth tip eat more meat and fish instead of eating bread eat whole wheat bread.  My last and most important tip consult to a professional before starting an exercise or diet because we have different bodies hence it have different needs.

My biggest tip first of all would be to find a form of activity you enjoy. Loads of my friends love running (which I can't stand, really) but I love cycling, hiking, and some workout classes. I try and embrace those things to ensure I'm active and moving. Embracing a healthy diet is key as well, since it doesn't matter how much you work out if you're eating badly all the time. Hydration is so, so important - make sure you're drinking enough water, since so often hunger is really thirst in disguise!

The first thing that you need to work on is your food eating habits. Try as much as you can to avoid eating fatty foods and stop drinking alcoholic beverages. Even if you must drink, let it be wine and not beer.

Don't eat late at night, at least before 8 pm, you must have taken your dinner and avoid eating heavy food at night.

Drink lots of water on daily basis especially in the morning because it's going to keep you well hydrated and your body system clean with urinating out some toxins in your body.

Also eat fruits very well.

I admire your decision to live a healthy lifestyle at a young age. My first tip is checking on your sleeping habits. Most of the time, people tend to overlook the importance of a good sleep and how it can help with regeneration and overall health. 8 hours of sleep everyday will not only make  you look younger but also will improve your health. Exercise. Start with simple exercises. You can also checkout for workout applications that you'd enjoy. Lastly, do things that makes  you happy. Don't stress. Peace of mind for me is the key to a healthy life.  ;)

I love that you emphasised mental health too and that trying to lower stress and do things you enjoy is a key element to health! It's very true - without a healthy mind it can be hard to achieve a healthy body!

It is good to know that at your young age, you want to start a healthy lifestyle. Aside from eating more fruits and vegetables, having a good rest or sleep is very important. As I do a research, I learned that sleep is involved in the healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. And sleep deficiency can cause different diseases like heart disease, high blood, and kidney disease. Exercise regularly and as much as possible, avoid smoking. And the most important thing is being happy. Being happy can reduce the level of stress that can cause diseases. Stay happy and live a healthy life.

My take on healthy living is not the herbal supplements nor being a vegan. I have friends who are so choosy with the food they eat in thinking that they are healthy with that lifestyle. For me, being healthy is not getting sick and having the stamina to do the daily grind. Moderation is my key which means I eat anything as long as I don't overeat and I don't eat one food every time. When you eat moderately your body will synch with the nutrients and you can be healthy while enjoying what food the table has to offer. But, of course, the exercise should also be consistent.

Having a healthy lifestyle start within yourself. It is a thought that needs to be implemented. Mostly of us wants to lose weight but never keep an effort to work each goal. I think its best to have discipline and perseverance in everything we do. Tips is nothing if we are not sincere with out desires.

Discipline is the key to have a healthy lifestyle. Make an exercise a part of your habit and control your cravings of eating unhealthy sweet foods. Put nutritious foods such as vegetables and fruits in your diet. It may be hard at first but have patience and be persevere to apply these health tips to reap the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle.
