Without training and not watching what I ate during lockdown, I managed to put on a lot of weight. Rather than getting into shape again by myself I decided to work with Flexsingh to see if I could take my training and diet to the next level.


This is exactly what he managed to help me achieve. I managed to shred over 12kg and gained a lot more muscle mass in the first 12 weeks without it affecting my day to day life. I joined the gym a couple years ago and have been training since but struggled to put on any real decent size.

I've always been naturally lean and got away with eating pretty much any food I wanted but was getting annoyed with not being able to put on muscle.

I gained a lot of weight during my first pregnancy and really struggled to lose my weight after giving birth. I found that I was yo-yo dieting a lot and found exercise a chore and hard to juggle with looking after the baby.

Getting trained by Flexsingh was awesome! The training plans are second to none and clearly tailored to suit my lifestyle requirements as I could only workout from home.


I have trained previously with Flexsingh in the past on a adhoc basis  but I needed a structured routine to become more strict. However its not only the training plans and tailored diet but he also provides high level of communication, he’s always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way. The weekly/monthly feedback are especially helpful so you know you’re on the right track.

I definitely noticed a decrease in fat, especially around my stomach and getting more muscular all round. It's a shame I couldn't continue with phase 2 of the plan due to work commitments and hope to do this next year.

I've always been training regularly in the gym but was never focused on the diet aspect of my health. I became frustrated I wasn't seeing the results no matter how hard I pushed in the gym.
