I’m a qualified online fitness trainer and have been so for more than 2 years. I’m extremely passionate about health/fitness and have been training for over 15 years.
I take great joy in helping others get into shape and teaching them how to make it a part of their lifestyle.
I have helped many people with their fitness journeys, including fat loss, muscle gain, building strength or sports orientated training. I've helped vegetarians like myself become fitter and stronger, showing them it's possible whilst still on a traditional Indian vegetarian diet.
